Prior to your initial appointment I will ask you to complete a health profile form and return it to me. The initial appointment will take up to 90 minutes. During this time we will discuss many areas of your life: What your main reasons are or coming along for treatment, how you are emotionally, how your lifestyle supports you, general things like food preferences and any significant life events that have affected you. Many things help me to establish what remedy or remedies you may need to support you on your healing journey. I will email you with any further nutritional and lifestyle suggestions and remedy instructions for you to follow. I will aim to get remedies to you within 5 days after your apointment.

Follow up appointments will take up to one hour. I ask people to return for follow up appointments initially every 4 weeks, then depending on your condition the follow ups will continue between every 4 to 6 weeks. Occasionally you may be asked to come weekly or every two weeks if your condition requires more intense treatment and support.

Homeopathy & nutrition does require a level of commitment. Depending on the problem you come with your condition may require a reduction or removal of a certain food for a while. Or you may need to move your body more. With a chronic condition you may need to return over a number of months at the current session rate, please see below.

Homeopathy may take some time especially if you have a chronic condition that you have had for a number of years, it may take months or even years to rebalance the body.

With my own skin condition it took 2 years of regular treatment and since then I still use my own homeopath from time to time. I keep dairy foods to a minimum as I know they are trigger foods for me but that doesn't mean I never have them, I have learned what I can tolerate and what I cannot.
