• What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is an alternative form of natural holistic medicine. It was
discovered over 200 years ago by Samuel Hahnemann a German physician
and has continued to be developed as a credible method of natural
    healing ever since.

Homeopathy treats the person not the disease. Homeopathy works with the vital
force of the person, the energy or life force of the individual. The
remedies support the body and mind, bringing it back into balance.

As a Qualified Homeopath I work holistically to find the root cause of
the disturbance in the body. Once this is found I look to find the
best remedy or remedies that matches the person using the principle
    of like cures like.

  • What Are Homeopathic Remedies?

Our homeopathy treatments are tailored to each individual, addressing specific health concerns with natural remedies. We believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, fostering long-term wellness. Personalized Homeopathy What We Offer Offering personalised treatment using homeopathy and nutrition or a combined treatment plan including yoga.

    Remedies

Homeopathic remedies are made from plant, mineral & animal sources. Only a tiny amount of the original substance is used when making the remedies which is completely different to a conventional medicine. When the process of making the remedy is finished, they are usually given in a tiny pill form known as a pillule. Remedies can also be given in water. Remedies are non toxic and can easily be taken even by small children.

Our nutritional programs are designed to support your unique health goals. We focus on whole foods and balanced diets to enhance your vitality and well-being, ensuring you receive the nutrients your body needs. Nutritional Guidance What We Offer Offering personalised treatment using homeopathy and nutrition or a combined treatment plan including yoga.

    Like Cures Like

Homeopaths use the principle of like cures like, using symptoms the person has and finding a remedy that best matches their symptoms. For example if someone has insomnia they may need a remedy such as coffee that is known to stimulate the brain and keep them awake but as a remedy this may be matching those same symptoms and therefore may help them to sleep. This is a remedy I have used many times myself when my brain is wired and I feel like I've just had 3 espressos and can't fall asleep! I say may help as we are all different and homeopathy treats the individual and their very specific symptoms, so what may work for one person may not work for another. This is the beauty of Homeopathy.

Incorporating yoga into your treatment plan can improve physical and mental health. Our yoga sessions are customized to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation, making it a perfect complement to homeopathy and nutrition. Yoga Integration What We Offer Offering personalised treatment using homeopathy and nutrition or a combined treatment plan including yoga.

  • About Me

I was introduced to yoga at an early age and the practice has remained a way of life for me. I’ve also always committed to healthy eating which later inspired me to study naturopathic nutrition and herbs.

Despite my good diet I suffered from a difficult skin condition and when all other methods failed I tried homeopathy. Over time, I could see how well homeopathy supported my wellbeing and my skin cleared.

Life has taken me on many twists and turns. After using Homeopathy for myself and my family for many years, I have recently completed a 2 year intensive training course with The Central College of Homeopathy and I have now qualified and set up a Homeopathy Practice.

In my spare time I love climbing mountains with our dog; swimming in the sea or river; growing vegetables in the garden; cooking delicious healthy food, foraging, fermenting and preserving produce.
